FAQ
Why can’t I connect to my TV ?
Please make sure you have allowed the app to find and connect to devices in your local network.
- On your iOS device’s home screen (iOS 14 or later), tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy
Local network. You’ll find a list of apps.
- Turn on local network access for the app(s) that you would like to allow network access. This will allow permissions for your device to discover Cast-enabled devices.
If you can not see your device listed in the app, just wait for a few seconds or swipe down to refresh.
If you still can not find your TV, please check whether your TV and phone are in the same Wi-Fi network. If not, reconnect your devices to the same Wi-Fi network.
